Packaging design needs to allure and entice – urging customers to pick up and purchase. It also needs to communicate your values accordingly. From a design point of view these are the fun parts.
However at The Design Practice we also love the 'dull part' ensuring the packaging contains and protects the product and its contents and also includes any relevant (or legal) information. In fact, unlike a consumer we're just as interested in the back of the box as we are the front.
